With the popularity of our Fall and Christmas series, we're excited to continue crochet classes into the New Year! 

This program is open to both beginner and intermediate level crocheters. Over 6 weeks our experienced instructor will guide you as you complete your projects, ensuring you gain confidence with each stitch.

Beginners can expect to learn the various stitches to start with, and you will work towards granny squares to complete a bag.

Intermediate level crocheters can expect to complete two projects which can be any combination of a top down sweater, baby blanket or hat and mittens depending on personal preference and comfort level.

This class is intentionally small so there are limited spots available. Register now to secure yours!

With practically every city including ours holding ongoing Salsa Social Nights, this dance allows you to have fun, be challenged, have a great workout and above all make new friends when you travel or when dancing locally here in our city.

Come with or without a partner and learn in a fun and inviting environment.
You are sure to leave with more friends to cheer you on.

UpBeat Lift is your muscle building class that combines supersets with progressive overload to work your muscles to failure with heavy weights, then to build endurance using drop-sets. Lift is a ZERO impact format that is choreographed and set to fun UpBeat music to keep you motivated throughout the whole class. UpBeat Lift is for all stages of fitness. So grab your weights and a yoga mat and come join me for class! Please bring a yoga mat, 3 sets of weights (3lbs, 5lbs, & 8lbs recommended) and a water bottle.

What is High Fitness? High Fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice. Think Old School Aerobics meets HIIT training. LMFAO meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. All mashed up into a one-hour, total body workout. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more. Please bring a non-glass water bottle.

We will take a hot chocolate break halfway through to warm up! ☕

This is a fun introductory class for anyone ages 7 and up with limited to no skating experience designed to help them become comfortable on the ice. Participants will learn basic skating skills through fun, age- and skill-appropriate drills and activities. Participants should dress according to weather conditions. Snow pants, winter gloves, and jackets are recommended. CSA-approved hockey helmets or winter sports helmets are mandatory for all participants. Please note that participants must also come with their own set of skates.

If the weather drops to -22 degrees Celsius or below (with wind chill), the class will be canceled and rescheduled for the following Saturday. In this instance, participants will be notified via email and phone.

If you do not already own skates or a helmet, you can purchase these items at the following recommended locations: Totem Outfitters (new and used), United Cycle, Pro Hockey Life, and Sportcheck. *Please note that brand new skates do not come sharpened and it is recommended to have them done prior to your skating lesson.
