Anti Abduction & Self Defense Class (Ages 13+)
Residents: $55.00
Non-Residents: $60.00
The Anti-Abduction and Self-Defense class offers education, awareness, and prevention against abduction, and hands-on practice with self-defense.
The class will begin by discussing prevention and the concepts of exploitation, grooming, and trafficking. Following the discussion of theory, youth’s and adults will get hands-on experience with:
- Assertion exercises
- Grab self-defense
- Ground self-defense (anchoring)
Lastly, youth’s and adults will learn how to control your larger attacker from your back.
