Join us for a free 1-hour workout great for all levels, beginner to experienced. Our class is one of a kind, using a scientifically proven form of metabolic training that is guaranteed to leave you burning calories long after your class is done. This class combines a mixture of kickboxing, MMA, plyometrics and calisthenics.
Students are asked to come wearing loose-fitting comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
