UpBeat Lift is your muscle building class that combines supersets with progressive overload to work your muscles to failure with heavy weights, then to build endurance using drop-sets. Lift is a ZERO impact format that is choreographed and set to fun UpBeat music to keep you motivated throughout the whole class. UpBeat Lift is for all stages of fitness. So grab your weights and a yoga mat and come join us for class!
Please bring a yoga mat, 3 sets of weights (3lbs, 5lbs, & 8lbs recommended) and a water bottle.
Ages 16+
Please note that since this is a free class, spaces will fill up quickly. If you are unable to attend, please email programs@orchardsra.ca as soon as possible so that your spot can be made available to the next person on the waitlist.
