Orchards Development Update
Here is the Summer Development Update for The Orchards:
· The new Dog Park, which will be fully fenced, landscaped and with double gates, is currently under construction and targeting to open late fall 2022. It is located on the east side of the community beside Stage 25C/30/33 off of Plum Circle.
· Construction of stage 32, 33, 34, and 35 (south of stage 26 and 33) will be happening this year
· 66 Street (from 25 avenue to 41 avenue) is currently under construction and will be open by the end of Fall 2022.
